We have up to 4 courts available to rent for your event. Fundraising tourneys can now host up to 20 teams.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU MAKE?

Most tourneys charge $120-$150/team. A 20 team tourney can make $1425-$1650 depending on what package you choose and your ability to get some prizes donated. You can make even more by adding some additional on site event fund raising like raffles and draws. Not bad $$$ for a one night/day event.

General Info


Maximum Teams allowed: 4 courts- 20 teams, 3 courts- 15 teams, 2 courts- 10 teams.
Day Tourney-9:30am check-in,10am start. Wrapped up by 4:30pm at the latest.
Night Tourney-6:30pm check-in, 7pm start. Wrapped up by 12:30am at the latest.

Wrap up time depends primarily on the number of teams in your tourney.  Less teams, shorter tourney.

A $500 non-refundable cash, debit or credit card deposit is required to make a tourney reservation. Once you make a reservation, you cannot change or cancel it.

If we are handling the tourney schedule, you must submit email us your list of teams 48 hours in advance of your event. A $25 charge will be assessed for any changes required to the original schedule and score sheets.

ADD ON #1-Schedule & Score Sheet Prep-$60
We prep your schedule, score sheets and allow tourney to utilize stats board if we are not running it for you. We need 48 hrs notice of teams to prep schedules. Teams guaranteed 4 matches with two games per match. Top 7-8 teams make playoffs depending on number of teams and how many courts booked.

ADD ON #2-Staff to Run Tournament-$50
Staff member to make announcements, update stats board, run playoffs, keep games times running smoothly.

ADD ON #3-Referees-$70 per ref
Referees to run matches, record scores, submit score sheets, keep game times running smoothly.

Stag & Doe's

Stag and Doe cost is $800 for an evening event (7pm-2am)

If you are looking for a great time let us handle your event. We supply all three beach volleyball courts and the lounge for your use. You supply the food for the event. We handle the liquor sales so you have no problems or concerns regarding liquor licenses buying too much/little alcohol. You make money on ticket sales and fundraising during the event.
