Most tournaments charge $120-$200/team. A full tourney can make good $$$$. You can make even more by adding some additional on site event fundraising like raffles, draws, and silent auctions. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for up to date availability.
Maximum Teams allowed: 6’s only events-16 teams, mix of 4’s and 6’s-18 teams, 4’s or 3’s events-20 teams.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Event must be done by 12:45am or earlier.
A $600 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to make a tournament reservation. If government shuts us down because of covid, you can transfer your deposit to a future date or receive refund.
#1–Schedule & Score Sheet Prep -$250
We will prepare your schedule, score sheets, update stats and figure out playoffs. Our experienced staff members keep your tournament running smoothly. Teams are guaranteed 4 matches with two games per match (8 games total!). The top 4-8 teams make playoffs, depending on the number of teams, divisions and how many courts you have booked.
The staff will make announcements and keep your event on track, allowing you to socialize, play and fundraise without stress.
ADD ON #2–Start tournament an hour earlier-$200
You can start your night tournament an hour earlier with this add on and play longer.

We supply all four beach volleyball courts and the lounge for your use. You can supply the food, we supply the liquor. All of our staff are SmartServe certified. Let us handle the responsibility of the alcohol while you raise money with ticket sales and other fundraising options.
